To become a Certified Energy Alchemist™, you need to watch the pre-recorded materials, attend the live sessions or their replays, submit homework for evaluation, and participate in the in-person experiences with supervised practices. Additionally, completing the required practice assignments is essential for certification.
What are the benefits of becoming a Certified Energy Alchemist™?
Becoming a Certified Energy Alchemist™ allows you to provide high-quality energy healing services to your community, understand and apply energy manipulation in various situations, and create personalized healing protocols. You'll receive access to carefully curated protocols for various spiritual illnesses and can generate additional income as a certified healer. Additionally, you'll be announced on Wendy's network, enhancing your professional reach and visibility.
Does becoming a certified healer provide the business training necessary to open a holistic healing business?
No, although some common questions about how to support clients and create a sacred healing space will be answered, in-depth business training is available as a separate offering.
How much does a Certified Energy Alchemist™ charge for their services?
A healing session with a Certified Energy Alchemist™ ranges from $97 to $997, depending on the duration, number of sessions, and protocols used.
Am I Required to Become a Professional Healer?
No, you are not required to become a professional healer. You can use the knowledge gained from the certification for yourself and your family. However, as we enter a time when support in energy systems is highly needed, you are encouraged to share your gifts and serve others.
Who can attend the program?
All genders 21 and older are welcome, perfect for those interested in energy healing, witchcraft, shamanism and community. It suits all experience levels. An application process may be required. We reserve the right to deny access to those who do not seem ready or fit for the requirements of this class.
Am I Required to Attend the In-Person Experience?
Yes, attendance at the in-person experience is required to attain supervised practice and complete the third part of the training.
What happens if I have an emergency and cannot attend the in-person portion of the training.
If you have an emergency and cannot attend the in-person portion of the training, you will be able to join the next round of training at an additional cost.
Which airport should I fly to for the in-person experience?
Fox Haven Farm in Jefferson MD is about a 50-minute drive to Dulles International Airport (IAD), Regan airport is close by too. Airfare is not included.
How will I get to Fox Heaven Farm?
Please arrange your own transportation to the farm. Car rentals and ride-sharing services are good options.
What is the accommodation like?
You'll stay in shared, cozy accommodations at Fox Haven Farm, ideal for community building and relaxation.
Is WIFI available for the in-person experience?
Yes, but we can not guarantee availability as this is a farm outside urban settings.
What is the policy regarding alcohol and recreational drugs?
There will not be alcohol provided by Bruja Power Botanica. Recreational drugs are NOT allowed. IF you wish to bring wine or other low-alcohol content drinks, please be mindful that you will not be allowed to attend the training sessions if you have a hangover or are not in a healthy state of mind.
How does payment work?
You can either choose a one-time payment or a payment plan. Payment plans require a signed agreement that will be emailed after purchase. The agreement states the commitment to pay for the certification program in full.
What is the retreat cancelation policy?
We have a 7-day cancelation policy with no questions asked for reimbursement. After this period, you can transfer your spot to someone else up to 30 days before the event starts. Cancelations made within 30 days of the start are non-transferable.
What kind of meals will be provided?
The certification program includes breakfast and lunch, with vegan and vegetarian options available. Dinners can be ordered at your discretion using Uber Eats or by visiting the local restaurants in the area.
Are pre- and post-certification accommodations available?
We don't provide accommodation outside the live certification dates. You will need to arrange your own if you plan to arrive early or extend your stay.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend travel insurance for unforeseen changes, cancelations, or emergencies.
Is single accommodation available?
We do not offer single accommodation as part of the certification package, as our focus is on shared living to foster community and connection. However, if you prefer more privacy, you're welcome to book a stay at any of the local hotels or Air b n b options in the area. Please note that choosing to stay outside the offered venue does not change the price of the event. Rooms are gender segregated to ensure comfort and privacy.
Do I need to bring any materials to the in-person experience?
You can if you wish, but healing kits will be provided.
How many people will attend the retreat?
We're keeping it intimate and impactful – the retreat will host a maximum of 12 participants, along with our dedicated team of facilitators and teachers. This small group ensures a personalized experience, rich in wisdom sharing and supportive interaction.
What kind of clothing do I need?
Light spring clothes, sunscreen, mosquito and tick repellent.
Is this certification program exclusive to Coven members?
Coven members are automatically accepted to the program, non-members must undergo an application process.
What Qualifications Do the Instructors Have?
The program is designed by Wendy Mata, incorporating her personal protocols of healing developed from her extensive experience in energy healing and shamanism. Additionally, other qualified instructors who are experienced professionals in the fields of energy healing, witchcraft, and shamanism will be supporting the training, bringing a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to the program.
What kind of support will I receive during the program?
You'll have access to our instructors for guidance, as well as a supportive community of fellow participants. Additionally, there will be a private group for support and office hours calls.
Can I work while attending the program?
Yes, the online version of the program is designed to accommodate your professional and personal commitments, with flexible scheduling for live sessions and access to recorded materials. For the in-person experience, it is required to be fully available to understand and practice the protocols shared during the certification.
How long does the certification last?
The certification does not expire, but continuous practice and staying updated with the latest techniques are encouraged to maintain high standards in your practice.
Can I repeat the program if I feel I need more practice?
Yes, alumni are welcome to retake the program at a discounted rate, providing an opportunity to deepen their skills and knowledge.
Is There an Advanced Level for This Certification?
Yes, there is an advanced level available for this certification. The advanced program covers multidimensional healing, soul retrieval, micro surgeries, advanced lineage healing, facilitating guided meditations, and conducting group healings and ceremonies.
